This is a commercial-grade radio RF field strength meter for the higher UHF frequencies. I photographed the technical spec sheet which are two of the photos. The rubber sheathing on the antenna is cracked in several places but this is easily repaired with shrink tubing or electrical tape.  This does not interfere with the operation of the meter.  The instrument uses a standard 9 Volt battery.  I have listed this item as FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING because I don't know if it does or does not work.  The display does come up as it should so it may very well be okay but since I cannot accurately test it I am selling it"AS-IS.
