I built many coops before arriving at this Coop & Run Combo design. It is designed to be solid, easy to maintain and easy to build.  If you are tired of having to bend over to get into and clean and service your coops interior spaces, then this is the Coop and Run for you!  Plenty of head room for a full sized human to move around in without wacking your head on something.  It almost makes cleaning out the Coop & Run a pleasure.   Please ask if you have any questions about these plans.     Shipping: Buyer will be mailed the complete set of Plans, Materials List and Link to Photos showing the actual building of this Coop, within 48 hours after payment has cleared (Weekends and Holidays the exception).Free shipping in the United States only. International inquire about pricing.     Frequently Asked Questions: Q: How many chickens is the coop designed to house? A: The coop will comfortably house 20 large breed birds or 28 bantam breed birds.   Q: How much does the coop cost to build (approximately)? A: The cost will vary depending on where you get your materials and what quality materials you choose to use. I spent approximately $350-$500 building with all new, high-quality materials. You can easily bring the cost down if you use recycled parts.   Q: What is the outside layout and height measurement of this chicken coop. A: The Coop & Run combination measures 12' long x 8' wide x 9'-6" high (to the peak of the roof). That's 3.675m long x 2.4384m wide x 2.8956m high for those who use the metric system. These dimensions can easily be changed for a larger or smaller version.   Q: Are the plans shown using the imperial or metric system? A: Our current set of plans using imperial (feet and inches) as we are based in the USA. We can modify these to metric by request, just give us an extra day after purchasing.
