This item is in good cosmetic condition with some minor wear including scuff marks and scratches but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition. The rotor is in good condition as well as the plastic lid. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on without any issues. We turned the item to high speed and set the timer to 30 seconds and it rotated properly. We than set the item to low speed and 30 seconds and the item rotated and functioned properly.
