Cooks 30 lbs of ground beef or make up to 12 gallons of soup at once! 175-425 Degrees Fahrenheit Manual Tilt Handle Can Switch Sides 208v/240v 3 Phase I was guaranteed this was operational, unfortunately I don't have a 208v/240v source to test and confirm it, so I'm selling it Untested, As-Is, in Unknown Working Condition. That means it may work perfectly or it may not and may need parts and/or repair. It will need a power cord and plug. The drawer in the stand does not slide easily due to its gliders being broken. This looks to be a somewhat heavily used item in fair condition that has not been refurbished or thoroughly cleaned. As with all food service equipment, I recommend cleaning it prior to use.
