The inside bowl of the kettle is perfect, the manual tilt control tips the kettle without effort. The burner is enclosed and uses 140,000 btus. The kettle heats up quick and the thermostat works perfectly. The controls are simple and problem free. As you can see the jacket water is almost invisible and crystal clear. The jacket holds a negative 20 when cool. It comes with the extra large commercial whisk as shown and that may look like a simple prop for pictures but I ship one with every kettle I sell. Too often operators use a big spatula for stirring and those are really hard on a kettle. This whisk will never scratch or ding your vessel.
