You are bidding on a used  CLEVELAND 60 GALLON STEAM KETTLE KDM-60T.the kettle has been tested and works great ,works on 120 volt regular house outlet .  Please look at the pictures that are attached, you will only receive what you see in the pictures.  Any questions please email me before you purchase. Note: No handle for the valve. The unit measures  38-3/8" with the extra side piece or 35-3/8"removing the side piece that is loose x 33-1/2 depth x 45" Height All low ball offers will be auto declined. Payment should be made no later than 5 days after the auction ends. It will be a 100.00 palletizing fee or 250 for a crate . Texas Residents Pay 8.25% sales Tax Local Pick ups are welcome with Cash on hand only. All items must be shipped, picked up, or removed within 7 days of the end of auction "unless pre-approved via ebay message system".  Items left after this time will be subject to a $20 per day storage fee.  The buyer will forfeit the item -- and any payments made -- when storage fees reach either the sale price of the item or a time period of 30 days from the sale of the item, whichever comes first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Without notice, items are subject to relisting immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees, electronic payment of the fees due will be required for the item to be shipped or released for pickup. If you have reason for a delayed pickup please let me know.
