The unit is Natural Gas, 200,000 BTU per hour, 1000 BTU/cubic foot CLEVELAND Pressure Steamer, Gas-fired Steam Generator with NickelGuard. Each cooking compartment equipped with: 60 minute timer; pressure safety valve; heavy-duty, free floating door with safety interlock; and synchronous operating steam inlet and exhaust/drain valves.

One used 2.5" Vibra Screw Auger Feeder, 3hp 3phase 60 hertz 230/460 volt. No controls. Unit does have a vibrating motor for the bin.
