Nice manual CMM, complete setup. Wenzel-Expect software: OpenDMIS, Version: 5.0, current and under support contract with Expect . For those of you who do not know about vintage CMMs, to upgrade the software is well over $10K no matter who's program you buy and that is usually prior to set-up. Being that Open DMIS is one of the best in the business is helpful, although I do not know that much about using it I did not need to get to school to use it for what we needed it for. We are just making room for a full DNC CMM and we would like to get something for the machine. Shipping brackets, we made some that worked well, they are included, good luck if you do not have access to those, we now know why they wanted those back when we bought the machine, big headache! Ceramic "Z" column 20" x 16" x 12" travels computer, monitor and printer Renishaw MIP probe head included Book for software Calibration ball Several probes (ruby) and extensions Air dryer, in-line, tube type, not shown in picture( under the machine) Air regulator and filter shown in picture We bought the machine from Expect, they had gone through it and put their mark on it on 12/2005. Expect did a calibration when they installed it but we have done our own calibration in-house ever since, we use precision rings gages. We moved it about a year and a half ago via my pickup truck and it fired up and maintained accuracy without issue after the move. Everything is working and it is ready for inspection. The best part is we made the brackets for it to move it, which we did about 1.5 years ago, no issues, the brackets go with the machine. I can mount the brackets for you, we have a lift and dollies here you can use to load in your truck. We moved it in a 1/2 ton standard pickup, about 300 miles, when we moved our shop. the stand will not fit in truck with the CMM. We can only do a few basic things with the machine due to our lack of experience but it works well, we check tapers and radiuses on a couple of jobs we run every now and then, I did load up a solid file a while back and it displayed it so I think it is capable of working with solid models, that you will have to verify with Expect. You should have everything you need but the air to run it once you move it. The machine will be sold "as is where is" with no warrantees. Machine is being advertised locally and may be sold without notice. The machine will only be loaded after your company check or cashiers check has cleared our bank account. All descriptions must be verified by buyer.
