BROWN AND SHARPE REFLEX 343 CMM SAFETY VALVE This pilot actuator cylinder/ safety valve is for the RefleX 343 It connects to the counter balance cylinder, Z lock preload and the Z axis lock switch. This is part of the failsafe brake that operates off the pneumatic system. If the air pressure is lost in the counter balance, the Z axis air bearings will lock, preventing the rail from dropping on the work table.
