Hermes Gravograph 1/4 Inch Diameter Collet Spindle & Diamond Engraving Tool. I believe this fits the Gravograph IS400 series of machines, but it may fit others with 1 3/8 spindle mounting diameter as well. I have no original packaging for this item, however I feel that it is unused as there is no wear on the top pulley and no setscrew marks on the body of the spindle.
