Failure of Passive Transfer: Can occur when calves do not receive adequate levels of globulin protein soon enough after birth. Maternal colostrum varies in its immunoglobulin content; using this product will nutritionally supplement the globulin protein available to the calf. Diarrhea Control: Diarrhea is often a problem for calves that experience failure of passive transfer. The more globulin protein a calf receives within 24 hours of life the better opportunity the calf has to develop a strong immune system. DIRECTIONS FOR USE 1. Empty the entire contents of this package into a pail.2. Add approximately 1-1 1/2 quarts of lukewarm (no hotter than 110° F) water, liquid milk replacer, or colos- trum and mix with a wire whisk. For best results, administer with a nipple pail, bottle, or esophageal feeder within 10 hours after birth (immediately if practical). Be sure that the calf consumes the entire contents.
