This unit is really heavy, estimate around 100lbs, FERRORESONANT Constant Voltage Transformer. Size 22" high, 11" wide, 8.5" d. It was used to suppress fluctuations of the power line and to reduce interference. It has various inputs (see label) and 118 and 236 Volt outputs at max 3kw. It is ideal for electronic labs, machine shops and factory use where sensitive digital equipment is used. Also very useful when separating dock power to a boat's wiring. It came from a film processor who closed up many years ago. When moving a dent in the top cover happened, but that does not degrade the performance. Last time I hooked it up it was working ok. In operation is a bit noisy with a 60 cycle hum. Now I have no further use for it and offer it for a very low price of only $25.- This, in combination with the AC line variable power stat with Watt meter I have also listed, would be an ideal set-up for a repair shop, lab or product testing. Local pick-up only, due to the weight.
