This is a used magnetic hotplate stirrer, Corning model PC-420 with 5"x7" surface.  It appears to be in good working condition.  It heats up and spins a stirrer magnet as it is supposed to. I will include a brand new 1" long PTFE stirrer magnet with purchase.
