Up for auction is this Vintage USED BRASS CRAFTSMAN CUTTING ATTACHMENT. Printed on the handle on the name plate it says.."CRAFTSMAN" then "MODEL 624.54771" The name plate also has other names printed on label, "UND. LAB. INC. LISTED" CUTTING ATTACHMENT" "SA-483". I do not know what all this means...however, if you are looking at this auction you know more than I do. I am told that after rebuild, these types of torches bring in a nice buck. These types of torches are re-buildable again and again from what I am told. This item is priced right. I have tried to describe this item the best that I could with help from my son and a couple other resources. This item shows wear.the valve AND HANDLE moves freely, it locks by pivoting the handle. This item is untested, my son took the pictures for me and he used to rebuild these torches with his father in Indiana for the salvage yards and other companies in Fort Wayne. He said these types of torches are very collectable and still widely used today and that you should rebuild this torch and buff it real nice, then test it after that before you use it. The rubber gaskets wear out or get dry rotted if it sits for a long time. Terms of sale; Payment is due within 3 days of auction's close. World wide Shipping!!!!
