For sale is a very rare Systron Donner 9550 semiconductor curve tracer. Intended to function as a stand-alone curve tracer or can be also be plugged into Tektronix 500 Series Oscilloscopes from my understanding. This unit is in excellent and beautiful condition. All functions work beautifully and have been extensively tested by me. Check out the photos to view its vintage analog circuitry. Overall a very clean and impressive unit. Click Here to See Detailed Photographs and Descriptions The 9550 Curve Tracer features a variable collector supply capable of sweeping a positive or negative 0-200V at 500mA or 0-20V at 5A. It also features an eight-step generator that can drive positive or negative current/voltage stepped waveforms. An adjustable offset voltage can be added or subtracted to allow easier testing of MOSFETs and other devices with threshold voltages.  Many devices under test (DUT) can be configured easily for measurement with the large variety of rotary/toggle switches. The unit has two outputs (X=voltage and Y=current waveforms) that can be displayed on an analog or digital storage oscilloscope in an XY pattern showing the DUT's characteristic VI curves (i.e. triode plate current vs. plate voltage, diode current vs. voltage, resistor current vs. voltage). This box can easily test MOSFETs, BJTs, Triodes (need external filament supply), Pentodes (need external filament and screen supply), Diodes, and many other semiconductor and passive devices.
