new unused surplus, old stock this is a 31521 eaton valve with built in relief unit has an ABC suffix which I have no data on so here is what I do know. the valve has 7/8–14 SAE o-ring ports for in/out and byp return, the 2 ports A and B to cylinder connection are 3/4-16 SAE o-ring. the valve has center "rest" position and sring loaded push or pull both sides for center for in/out of cylinder etc.
