Offered for sale is a complete and working Hobart M5 WWII era generator. This generator was purchased by a local farmer from the government in 1949 to use as a backup source of power. It sat inside his machine shed until I purchased it from his estate in 2012.

This is a real nice original Splitdorf or Dixie 46-T four cylinder base mount magneto. These were standard equipment on many early four cylinder tractors, cars, and trucks. They were also an option for International Harvester or McCormick Deering tractors.
