POLY DREDGE MICRO 4B Series 4" SUCTION DREDGE Ultra-portable one piece polyethylene flotation with molded-in recovery tray and hardware mounting lugs. Tough, impact-resistant laminar design will fit on a large pack frame for remote locations. Module dimensions are 61"L x 30"W x 9"D. The Micro 4 is outfitted with the following standard equipment: 5 or 6 hp. engine, DP 150 jetting pump w/cam-coupler, dual-jet top eductor with an auxiliary flusher water port, 15' of dredge hose, 30 degree suction nozzle, two-stage recovery with hungarian primary and dovetail finishing riffles. Also standard are 4-corner cleats and foot valve with strainer. Total weight without air - approximately 98 lbs. Weight with diver’s air system is approximately 116 lbs. Note: Our Divers Air system consists of the Dahlke 3.3 oil-less air compressor, compressor to tank air-whip, 20 feet of quality rubber hose specifically designed to be used with breathing air systems and an SAE standard air reserve tank rated to 150 psi. This air tank will hold approximately 28 cubic feet of compressed air at 90 psi. Lead time is approximately 3 weeks if you order a "BLACK" dredge body. Standard color currently in-stock is Haze Grey! Standard Outfitted Price - $3795.00 Price with Divers Air System - $4395.00 Note: Dahlke 3.3 Air Compressor is manufactured at our facility located just outside Houston Texas. The compressor bracket is cast from A356 Aluminum and then heat treated to a T-6 condition at a foundry located in Houston. We assemble the compressor with a 316 stainless steel main shaft, 3 sealed roller bearings, stainless steel valves and cast aluminum head. All fasteners are torqued to factory recommended specs. by our craftsmen. The Dahlke 3.3 Compressor is rated at 3.3 cubic feet per minute at 90 psi and is drilled and tapped to match a Gast 263 compressor mounting footprint. The mounting bracket footprint also includes two 3/8-16 drilled / tapped mounting holes to use a simple "squash-plate" style mounting system. High performance and simplicity when you need it most! This compact, single cylinder, oil-less divers air compressor smokes the competition! Trident Welding / Dahlke Dredge may, at its discretion substitute suction and intake / discharge hoses for the Micro 4B dredge based upon availability.
