Here is a green house shutter or wood stove damper control that I believe was made by Multi Products Co, Inc, Spec # UL18 3049. This H.V.A.C. control has been bench tested to work well on 110 volt, black & white wires though may be capable of other voltages.

Each TR low pressure unit is a two position, spring open, power closed supply air damper. The dampers are available from 6” – 16” round, with a maximum pressure differential of .5” W.C. The 6” – 10” damper cylinders are fabricated from 24 gauge steel: the 12” – 16” cylinders from 22 gauge steel.
