You are bidding on a VINTAGE DAVID WHITE COMPANY TRANSIT SURVEYING INSTRUMENT DUMPY LEVEL SN 51435 WITH ORIGINALWOOD BOX, STRAP INSTRUCTIONS AND RELATED PARTS. While the strap is there, the leather parts that hold it to the box have come off. On the picture you will see what is left of one of these.

UNTESTED ~ May be fine.... But since it is untested, listing it for PARTS ONLY ~ It does come with the case. The instruction papers are included, however they must have gotten wet at one point and the pages are stuck together.
