The Heathkit Model IM-5210 40KV Probe Meter is a convenient, self-contained probe that measures extremely high DC voltages up to 40,000 volts.Measures 15" LongNOT SURE IF IT WORKS SINCE WHEN I POWER IT ON NOTHING HAPPENS. It does include the original instructions and probably can be repaired by someone with electrical knowledge. The probe may even work if I knew what I was doing, but I do not.
