I bought this dough ball rounder in November and have used it every day since without any problems. When we first started our balls were not coming out tight enough, but after some reading we found out that if you sprayed them lightly with water they would stick better. That worked greatly and our dough balls have come out very good sense. I've never had any problems with the machine and it works great. We have used this machine to make between 500 and 900 Bagels everyday.
