Heavy Duty Dough Press is manually operated. Controls feature temperature setting (+100°F to +425°F), counter and timer. Features heated upper plate, perfect for pizza dough. Handles all dough sizes up to 18" Diam. Spreads dough quickly and prevents it from sticking and shrinking. 120V. Adjustable thickness capacity.
