DOUGHPRO MANUAL DOUGH PRESS ADJUSTABLE THICKNESS AND TEMPERATURE SETTINGS FUNCTIONING TIMER ACTIVATED 120V AC This press is used but in fine condition. Fully operational. Coming from an operational pizza shop. This unit will have a long and trouble-free life. Operations Manual Included. This manual includes maintenance and parts lists. Unit is compact. Approx: 29" tall and 21" wide. Temperature settings range from 100 to 325 degrees F. Counter- Cycle counter counts the number of applications from 1-9999 Count down Timer: Adjustable timer for accurate application each time. Will press dough up to 18" in diameter with or without heat application. Crust thickness control to adjust desired thickness. Size of dough ball also determines diameter of crust. Will produce an even, round, consistent crust if dough balls are prepared properly. Eliminates the need for an "expert". Methods to prepare a perfect dough ball can be found on YouTube and elsewhere.
