It is being sold as is for parts or repair. Overall, the tester is in good physical condition. We do not have any manuals or documentation for this unit so we were unable to test it. No manuals are included with this tester. This tester is quite large. It is 20" wide, 21" long, and 14" at it's tallest point. Please study the pictures closely. Thanks for looking!!!
