We plugged the tester in and it powered on- We did not have tubes to test it. The top piece of the case is missing- The remainder of the case is in good overall condition. Knobs appear to all turn like they should. Great vintage electronic piece for the collection or restoration. CONDITION- Vintage, Used. May have minor surface dents, dings, corrosion, soil and patina.
