This unit was removed from The State of Virginia during an upgrade. We powered it on and the motor is intermittent. It will spin if you help it to start and will go for a while and then stop. So we feel it needs a new motor, belt and platform therefore we are selling it for parts, AS-IS. Cosmetically it shows normal signs of use with some scuffs and scratches (please see pictures).
