BOOKEND OR L TYPE FIXTURE  L fixtures allow multi-axis vibration testing on either a vertical or horizontal system by providing a mounting surface perpendicular to the drive axis. This fixture can be assembled by bolting or if you want to use your own welding or method of bonding.  This fixture contains 3/8-16 threaded holes for placement of your base plate onto the L shape opposite your electodynamic shaker or shock head (which typically will contain your test article).  Great for three axis testing without investing in an additional slip table. Each L-fixture has 12 inch distance along base slotted for 3 bolts to attach to magnesium slip table (4 inch hole spacing array) or your shaker head. Each L-fixture has 20 inch height (along the right angle side) containing side-by-side threaded holes for your choice of using 3/8-16" bolts to attach your plate containing your test article. Each L-fixture has two open holes (along the 45 degree angle back side) for adding a bracket should you need to improve rigidity. Each L-fixture is approximately 2 1/2 inches thick of machined aluminum (please see photos). Each L-fixture is 30 pounds so plan for 60 pounds of additional mass on your environmental test system. Taken out of storage and now for sale. Thanks for looking.
