This eccentric flaring tool is nicely made and has been making some sweet flares in copper ACR tubing. It makes a nice smooth, burnished 45-degree flare with a slightly heavier cone wall, which some cooling equipment manufactures claim is needed for their equipment using R410A. It handles 7 different tubing sizes and has a clutch inside the handle to keep you from tightening down too much and possibly ruining the flare or damaging the tool.
