You are considering a Standard Electrical "Cadet" series pedestal grinder. This grinder is used but appears to be in good overall condition. We have tested this grinder here and it runs smooth with no excess noise that would indicate bearing problems.
This combination rule from Goodell-Pratt Co. has all its parts - rule, level and rotating compass square. Rust has not been a problem with this vintage tool so it has its original patina on bare metal surfaces and crinkled black paint finish on the rotating compass square accessory.
This Brown & Sharpe 6" chrome satin tempered steel rule is marked 599-314-605. On the trademark side, the six inches are scaled on upper edge as 10 (.10), while the lower edge is scaled as 100 (.01). On the back side the upper edge is scaled 32 (by thirty-seconds) and the lower edge is scaled 64 (by sixty-fourths).

The tables total width is about 6'4" wide and 10'4" long on the outside and the controller cabinet adds another 8 inches width and very well built and rigid.
