CHAMBER SIZES ·         FURNACE 5.5*13*14 ·         DRAW OVEN 5.5*13*14 What are the Advantages offered by your Hardening & Draw Combination Furnace?   Our Hardening & Draw Combination furnaces offer a unique "piggy back" design that provides a complete heat-treat facility using a minimum of floor space. Two chambers are provided: a top chamber for hardening and a lower chamber for draw, each with separate controls pre-mounted and wired on standard models. Just connect the main power service, and you're ready to operate! A portable quench tank with casters that easily fits under the Draw Chamber What are the Standard Features offered in your Hardening & Draw Combination Furnace? The features provided on our standard model Hardening Chambers are... Digital indicating controler mounted and wired with a thermocouple assembly, dual magnetic contactors, control power ON/OFF switch. A fused control transformer provides 115V. power to all controls Vertical lift door with couterweighted roller chain suspension, ceramic fiber seal, and a heat resistant glass peep sight Uniform heating with long-life elements located on two sides and under the hearth plate. Their one-piece, open groove type holders allow for easy replacement without disturbing insulation A silicon carbide refractory hearth plate The features provided on our standard model Draw Chambers are... Controls are the same as on the top chamber Recirculation provided by a motor and stainless steel fan assembly A side-hinged plug-type door that closes against a ceramic fiber seal, via a cam-type latch
