Electro Scientific Industries Capacitance Meter Model 475 Vintage test equipment. Came from working environment. Power tested. Powers up with no hesitation. Displays and indicators light up. All components (i.e. knobs, switches, etc) seem to be intact. As far as we can tell, this unit is in working condition. Power cord included.
