Super value... printer was working great, then problem with Magenta Nozzle Check... power cleaning cycles didn't clear. Replaced pump & capping assy, flushing box, wiper & damper. Didn't cure problem. Then while testing print head, I damaged it.  Installed a brand new print head (value of print head alone is $500). After replacing print head, ink lines have air bubbles.  Could not be down any longer, so bought another printer to get up and running quickly.  Intended to finish repairing the 9600, but have been too busy.  Excellent buy for "handy" guy who wants to finish what I started.  Flush & secure the ink lines and should be good for another 100,000 miles! I have the Service Manual and some parts, all included. Pick up at store in Fountain Valley, CA (borders Huntington Beach).
