We are unable to verify the performance of the lamp.  We do not have a power supply for it.  Everything appears to be working condition.  However, we are unable to test this unit further.  This item was purchased from surplus.  We see no outward reason that it will not function fully.  However, given that the we cannot fully test it, this device will be sold as-is.  We guarantee this device to only perform as we have described.  We will not accept returns for this auction if it does not work to your satisfaction.  By bidding on this auction, you are taking the risk that the item may not work.  Only those items shown in the photos will be included in the auction.
