I'm a remodeling contractor specializing in high end bathroom remodels. Generally I've been putting in the Broan vent caps because they are easily available in my area, but I decided to give this one a try after my supplier was sold out of the Broan.This is way nicer than the Broan. It is more solid and the paint is even higher quality. The flapper is solid and moves easily. It also seems to be thicker gauge metal. I won't be going back to Broan. This is far superior. HandyHails Great product I used this for my bath vent system. I have a remote vent fan that draws from two locations and requires a 6" duct for the output. This unit is very sturdy, heavy gauge steel with a very wide roof flange. It was easy to install and seals up great. I used PL roofing adhesive to seal up the surrounding shingles. The Woodchuck Used in Hibachi grille table Was poorly packaged and subsequently bent in shipping but, after repair, installed easily and works very well.
