This is a great small diesel engine with nominal 9.1 HP (6.4 kW) with lots of torque and smooth operation. It has exhaust treatment using a small catalytic device at the exit of the engine exhaust port and it also uses a unique solenoid valve located before the fuel injector so that the engine can be electrically stopped using the ignition key. This feature provides flexibility if one desires to control the engines for emergency stops etc.
