This is a Crouse Hinds Industrial Ceiling Light Explosion Lamp 120V 150W VMVS150/120 LX. It is in great cosmetic condition with wear from use including chipping and small cracking along the rim. The lamp shade measures 17" in diameter and the light measures 14" tall.
