Table top sausage stuffers represent the highest quality hand operated sausage stuffers in the world today. With the gear rack in the up position remove the stuffing tank and fill with your product. Lock the stuffing tank in place on the stuffers frame and turn the crank to produce perfectly formed sausages. The air-exhaust valve in the piston allows excess air to escape as the piston moves down. The valve closed automatically when the piston touches the meat. This decreases air pockets in your sausage links. Whether you select the 12-lbs. Cap single speed economy stuffer or the more efficient two-speed machine you will be satisfied. The two speed refers to being able to raise the piston faster due to a second handle position on the gearbox when the stuffing tank is empty. F. Dick stuffer has stainless steel gear box cylinder base plate and support rods. Piston seals tightly against cylinder and rubber seal. Piston provided with patented air valve. Fast back stroke.
