This operation can be costly if an operator must stand by the mixer to be sure the product is mixed for the correct amount of time. The (FASTIMER.)® Model MT200 Mixer Timer is the answer: perfect mixing, no increased labor cost! The unit has been designed to plug into a 120V wall outlet and is fitted with a receptacle to accept the power cord from the Hobart electric mixer. When the (FASTIMER.)® is turned on and a timer key is selected, the mixer will operate for a set amount of time. At the end of each cycle, the mixer automatically shuts down and a steady audible tone is emitted, continuing until the unit is returned to the OFF position. The (FASTIMER.)® is ruggedly designed and fitted within an aluminum enclosure with 4 mounting screws. It may be mounted on any flat surface, either horizontal or vertical. And like all FAST products, the (FASTIMER.)® Model MT200 has a one-year free exchange warranty.
