Eggs are wrapped and shipped ‘pointy end down’ to help keep the air cell stable during transit. * Eggs are shipped regularly through the week and will be processed in the order they were received. If you have specific date for us to send the package that you would like to requests it should be placed in your order notes and will be honored as the hens allow. If there is a day that you DO NOT want your eggs shipped, please include that information in the order notes as well. * We request all hatching eggs be picked up at your local post office to reduce shipping trauma. PLEASE supply a phone number to be given to the post office so you may receive the best eggs in the best possible condition. All eggs are shipped USPS and typically arrive 2 to 3 days after shipping. Please understand that even addressing and labeling a box "HOLD AT POST OFFICE", it might still be delivered to your door. Due to your local postmaster this is out of our control. * Once you receive the eggs you may want to let them sit pointy end down for 24 hours to allow the embryo to properly settle. After the embryo has been given time to settle you may place them in the incubator. * I may include extras eggs as a bonus courtesy depending on demand and laying conditions We ship the freshest eggs possible and package in a manner that will limit the chance of breakage or damage.
