New, Unused Surplus Flow Meter and Filter Made in the U.S.A. This flow meter measures gallons per minute from 0 to 2.0 gallons.  The filter canister is just a little over 12" long and 3 1/4" in diameter.  The inlet and outlet are a hose type.  The size is 3/4".  There is also a valve to regulate or shut off the flow.
