2005 Fine Ace - Super Midas FPM-25 NC Polisher S/N 05-20 Revolutionizes the way polishing is done today. If you are going to be in the mold making business, plastic or die cast, you must be able to polish. We see this machine as being able to offer relief in both areas. The NC polishing machine comes with an eight station tool holder and can perform automatic tool changes. Its six axis of movement allows us to tackle a wide variety of work. It can run four axis simultaneously in stroke or spindle rotation mode. The programming is simple and user friendly. Currently, there are only five basic programming routines with the "teach-learn" controller. 4500 rpm spindle speed, X 21.6", Y 15.3", Z 9.825", and B axis @ 110 degrees. With a maximum work piece size of 19.6 X 19.6 and 660 lbs this machine can cover a wide range of work and parts.
