Bailey Controls ) Part Number: 120512 / 820B002U17 MODEL NUMBER 10E1205, FLAPPER TYPE Bulls Eye sight flow indicator is a rugged device for instantaneous visual indication of a liquid flowing trough a pipeline. The flapper type has a hinged cover suspended from the body in such manner that it rest against the inlet passage during no flow conditions.  When the liquid is flowing the flapper swings out assuming a position that varies with the rate of flow.
