This type of sight flow indicator is ideally suited for horizontal pipelines or vertical pipelines with upward flow. It has connections of 1" NPT Threaded and is made of brass with a cast iron cover plate. The gaskets are made of neoprene, while the windows are made of tempered soda-lime glass. It has a pressure rating of 375 PSI with a maximum temperature of 225В°F. Fischer & Porter Bull's Eye Sight Flow Indicator 820B002U20 is a reliable and rugged device that provides instantaneous visual indication of liquid flow in a pipeline. The flapper type comes with a hinged cover that is suspended from the body in such a manner that it rests against the inlet passage during no flow conditions. When liquid is flowing through the pipeline, the flapper moves out, assuming a position that varies with the rate of flow.
