This Furnace Control by Honeywell S890G 1011 for Hot Surface Ignition 120 V.A.C. Ignitors was removed from an old properly working furnace while it was upgraded to a higher efficiency unit . Hot surface ignitor also works as a flame sensor in this board , which is very rare .

This listing is for one (1) Universal Flame Sensor for use with Hot Surface Ignition (H.S.I.) furnaces, hot water heaters, gas logs, pools, ect. - Flame rod is 2 1/2" Length (total length is 3 3/4") x approximately 5/16" Wide. Will replace most flame sensors.

This is a used original RHEEM igniter/flame sensor unit from a RHEEM 42vp50 hot water tank with a White Rodgers control unit. (AP13845A) It is only about 3 years old with low mileage. I thought this was bad, but it was the control valve.

Not very clean, but it sparks and senses flame OK.
