Purchased new, original and only owner. Condition used, very good, no defect. My opinion -- this is best conduit stripper I ever used during 35 years cutting conduit (also called BX or armored cable).
Up for auction is a Rotatrim 30 RCM30. This unit is in great condition, it has a sharp blade and is ready for use. The unit is missing the paper backstop but that doesn't affect the function of this unit.

Pipe cutter in good used working condition the rust you see is surface.......was left at the job site....the cutting wheels are fair some are better than others, chain is flexible.
