I recently purchased this from a local school district. I believe it is a portable oil filter and transfer pump. It is similar in appearance to the Como 100 and 120 models, but I can not find a brand name on it.
This is in the original box and appears new and unused. The boxes were unopened, however, I opened it to take photos and check conditions. I have 3 of these available and each one has a spot or two of surface rust.
