I have here used Fluke 89IV which is the same as 189 it's a dual display meter with logging capabilities, all the functions work as designed. Comes with new set of leads and it was checked against calibrated voltage source, look at the pictures please, I've tried to take pictures of all measurements. The meter is in perfect working condition. Does not have present calibration but I've checked it against calibrated voltage/current/resistance reference and it is right on the spot. See the pictures for the reference. If you don't like it, don't buy it. If it's not what you are looking for just keep looking. If you need calibration you have to do it yourself it's not included. It's a dual display meter so you can have two measurements at the same time so... you can measure AC and DC voltage for example. I've included some pictures, if you need any other pictures please ask. Reference the user manual which you can Google up. If you need any other info you can't dig up yourself please ask questions prior to buying, All the parts and boards inside are marked for anti scam purposes, if you need parts for your broken meter this is not the one you want to buy. The meter is sold as is/where is/not returnable. It's an excellent piece of measurement gear, the dual display capability is so neat you will wonder how could you live without it, and the best is that it's build like a proverbial brick, sturdy and resistant, it will serve you for years to come. Those meters are harder and harder to come about. Here you have a perfect specimen, ready to use. I will be including the set of leads, nothing else is included, no cables, manuals. The voltage source is not included as well, it is there only for testing purposes.
