This is a Fluke Networks CableIQ network cable qualification tester. These are normally used by datacom installers to test and validate network/video/voice cables for use. Unit is in very good physical condition with minor scuffs, marks and wear from normal usage. It was tested and is in proper operating condition. Screen/backlight are in excellent condition and all buttons respond as they should. I tested it with various network cables and it is able to diagnose them with no issues. Unit operates off of four standard AA batteries (included). Version information is pictured below on one of the screenshots.
