Fluke VT04A Visual IR Thermometer / Infrared Thermal Camera. This item is a returned open box. The only thing I see that was truly open was the SD card and it is there, instruction are sealed. I think someone bought it and used it once or not even and decided to return it. I tested it and it seem to work fine even though I am not completely familiar with this item. I tested it as my furnace was running, that was the 260 plus temp picture, then on the stove pipe. Then in different rooms of the house and it was with in 1 degree of what the room thermometer said. I have great confidence this is in great working order. I will not take returns unless it is broken just so someone doesn't buy it to use once and return.
